DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests once we shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is totally different from your order, different size, or different color. We can also reship the correct product for FREE.
However, please note that we are strict with the following conditions:
- The item is from our store
- The item is not used in anyway
- Request MUST be sent within 5 days from the receipt of package.

Once we receive your email we will get back to you within 24 hours and if we have verified your request, we will ship the correct product for free. We will not be able to issue a full refund.
We don't provide Refunds in case the order is shown to be delivered by the tracking number but customer didn't receive it. As it relates to possibilities of package theft that we are not responsible of.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination. However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
